Naïm Abou-Jaoudé is the Chief Executive Officer of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), the affiliated global asset management business of New York Life. As a top 30 global asset manager* with $750 billion in assets under management, New York Life Investments serves New York Life’s General Account and third-party institutional and retail clients through diverse perspectives, a long and stable history of investment performance across macroeconomic cycles, and capabilities across asset classes and geographies. New York Life Investments’ deep expertise is underpinned by its family of affiliated boutiques, which include Apogem Capital, Ausbil, Candriam, Kartesia, MacKay Shields, NYL Investors, and Tristan Capital Partners.
Prior to leading NYLIM, Naïm was the CEO of Candriam from 2007 to 2023. During his tenure as CEO, he guided the company through its 2014 acquisition by New York Life, strengthened its position as a leader in sustainable investing, and doubled its assets under management through geographic expansion across Europe, Asia, and the U.S. Through Naïm’s leadership and vision, Candriam was able to diversify its presence in the European alternative space through the acquisition of Tristan Capital Partners and its partnership with Kartesia.
In his more than 30 years of experience in asset management, Naïm has held various other leadership roles, including Alternative Fund Manager at Crédit Agricole and UBS Asset Management, and Chief Investment Officer and CEO of Dexia Asset Management, Candriam's predecessor.
Naïm served as President of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), representing the €27 trillion European investment management industry, from June 2021 through June 2023. In 2023, Financial News, recognized Naïm as one of the twenty most influential leaders in fund management.
Naïm currently serves on the Board of Governors for the Investment Company Institute (ICI) and the Investor Advisory Committee on Financial Markets (IACFM), an advisory body to the President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Naïm graduated from Sciences Po in Paris and earned a Master's in Economics and Finance from Université Paris II - Panthéon. He is based in New York.

Jae Yoon is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM) and Chairman of NYL Investments Asia. He serves as the Chair of the Investment Governance Committee, responsible for the oversight of the investment performance of the strategies managed by NYLIM’s boutiques and affiliate portfolio teams. As Chairman of NYL Investments Asia, Mr. Yoon is responsible for developing and driving our business strategy in Asia.
Additionally, Mr. Yoon leads the Multi-Asset Solutions (MAS) team which oversees the portfolio management of New York Life Investments and third-party multi asset strategies, asset allocation services and economic analysis for New York Life.
Prior to joining NYLIM, Mr. Yoon was Head of Quantitative Research, Analytics, and Risk Management globally at Western Asset Management. Previously, he was with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers where he served as the Head of Risk and Performance for the Pacific and European Regions in Tokyo and London, respectively. Mr. Yoon also worked at JP Morgan Securities in Asia as regional head of Risk Management Control for Fixed Income and Equity Derivative Trading.
Mr. Yoon earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Operations Research at Cornell University.

New York Life Investment Management Asia Ltd.
Noriko is the Head of Sales, Japan for New York Life Investment Management Asia Ltd. She is responsible for all sales and marketing activities of New York Life Investments in Japan, including financial institutions and pension funds.
Noriko joined the firm in 2016. Previously, she served as Managing Partner at Tanden Research Institute where she led consulting services for the U.S.-based asset management companies for its Asian business development. She also worked at Mariner Capital Investments leading the marketing and business development initiatives in the Asian/Pacific region for Mariner Group products and Head of Asian Marketing team for Rock Maple Funds. She began her career working in the Tokyo offices of Goldman Sachs and Nikko Securities, as well as Merrill Lynch in Japan and New York. She has worked in the financial services industry since 1987.
Noriko earned a B.A. with Honors in Political Science/Pre-Law from Michigan State University and a B.A. in International Law from the International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan.
