Tanya Garzon

Managing Director, Head of Human Resources

Tanya joined MacKay Shields in 2009 as an Associate Director in Human Resources. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Vice President at Citi Private Equity Services. Earlier in her career, Tanya worked as a Manager in Human Resources at Movado Group, Inc. and at Knight Services, Inc. She earned a BS from Rutgers University and an MBA from St. Peter’s College. Tanya has been in the human resources industry since 1998.
