PCI’s Structured Finance Group (SFG) is responsible for the origination, structuring and analysis of securitized products in both the public and private markets. The team is a long-standing leader in the development and evolution of the private placement ABS market. SFG possesses robust internal structuring capabilities enabling the delivery of customized solutions for our counterparties as well as the ability to participate across the full capital stack. The team invests across a range of sectors, including, but not limited to:
Transaction Structure
Size: Typical investment from $30 million to $1 billion+
Maturity: 1 to 30 years
Repayments: Typically tied to the cashflow of the underlying collateral, however revolving, or “forward flow” transactions are also contemplated
Documentation: Highly customizable, with variances for each asset class, however, the documentation is substantially similar to the bank loan and securitized market standard documentation requirements
Currency: Predominantly USD
