Paul is Managing Director, Head of Business Development for Real Estate Investors, leading product development, capital formation, and client service efforts.

Paul joined the firm in 2015. Previously, he held positions at Hunt Companies, The Tuckerman Group/State Street Global Advisors, and iStar Financial. He has worked on both the equity and debt sides of the business and was involved in a variety of functions including capital raising, acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management.

Paul earned a B.A. in Economics and English from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. He is a member of PREA and AFIRE and holds the Series 7 and 63 FINRA designations.
