Mr. O’Hanlon has been with New York Life Real Estate Investors (NYLREI) since 2004 and serves as Head of the Equity Real Estate team. He has 30 years of institutional real estate experience in investment and finance which include office, retail, multifamily and industrial assets. Prior to his current role, Mr. O’Hanlon headed the Equity Transactions team, focusing on core, value-add, and opportunistic investments throughout the U.S. He is a member of NYLREI’s Real Estate Equity Investment Committee.

Mr. O’Hanlon serves as the current Chair of Urban Land Institute’s Industrial and Office Park Development Council (Silver Flight). He is an active participant at SFCASA and is a Court Appointed Special Advocate serving traumatized and displaced foster children in San Francisco. Mr. O’Hanlon holds a BA degree in Economics from CSU, Sacramento.
